What is the standard shipping time for bathroom fixtures?

Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Large fixtures such as vanities and bathtubs typically arrive within 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure safe delivery.

What is your return policy for installed products?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been installed. However, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all inBath products carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Many of our premium faucets and showerheads feature extended lifetime warranties.

Are your faucets compatible with standard US plumbing?

Absolutely. All inBath hardware is designed to meet standard North American plumbing specifications (NPT 1/2" or 3/8" connections) and is cUPC certified where applicable.

How do I track my heavy freight shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For oversized items, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window that fits your schedule.

Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers or contractors?
