At inBath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium home and bath products. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
